Individual Therapy
I approach individual therapy as a collaborative process between the client and the therapist. I believe that every person's experience is unique, and my tailored approach combines empathy with evidenced-based techniques to support your emotional growth.
Couples Therapy
I primarily utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) that is designed to strengthen emotional bonds and build trust. Grounded in attachment theory, EFT helps partners to increase awareness of negative interactions and fosters greater trust and connection.
SERVICES
I provide individual and couples therapy for adult clients starting at age 18 and up. My primary focus is treating individuals ranging from Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Personality Disorders, Eating Disorders, Life Transitions, and issues of Aging. In couples therapy using Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) the focus is to work toward emotional validation to rebuild trust and communication in the relationship.
